- You may return unused, unworn earrings within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Earrings must be in original condition with all packaging intact.
- Worn earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange your earrings for a different style or colour, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested style is out of stock, I can offer a store credit instead.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

- I may request photos for verification, and we will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.
