Returns

You may return unused, unworn earrings within 30 days of receiving your order.
Earrings must be in original condition with all packaging intact.
Worn earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your earrings for a different style or colour, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested style is out of stock, I can offer a store credit instead.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your earrings arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
I may request photos for verification, and we will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our collection includes both natural gemstones, formed by nature over millions of years, and lab-grown gemstones, which are created in advanced laboratories using the same crystal structure, chemical composition and optical properties as their natural counterparts.

Lab-grown gemstones are not imitation stones, glass or plastic. They are real gemstones that offer the same beauty, brilliance and durability as natural stones, often with greater clarity and colour consistency.
